These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed through the website www.moroccanorigin.com.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By placing an order through the website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
Before confirming an order, the customer may review the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping charges and delivery information, and correct any errors.
The applicable Terms are those published on the website at the time the order is placed.
2. Products
MO offers the products displayed on the website for sale, subject to availability.
The main characteristics, sizes, materials and colours are indicated on each product page.
Product photographs are prepared with care. However, slight colour differences may occur depending on the screen or device used.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges and any other mandatory costs are displayed before the customer confirms the order.
The price charged is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed after it has been submitted by the customer and payment has been validated.
An order confirmation is sent by email and includes the products ordered, the total price and the delivery information.
MO may refuse or cancel an order in the event of clearly incorrect information, suspected fraud or a payment incident, without limiting the customer’s statutory rights.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website.
Online payments are processed by a secure payment service provider. MO does not retain the customer’s complete bank card details.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at the time the order is placed.
Delivery times may be longer during promotional or sales periods.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel.
Orders shipped outside the territory of Morocco are delivered via DHL.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs for a change of mind are the customer’s responsibility. MO covers the necessary return costs when an item is defective, damaged or different from the item ordered.
8. Liability
Moroccanorigin is subject to an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for:
Technical issues affecting access to the website.
Malicious intrusions or viruses.
Delays caused by carriers or shipping providers.
9. Personal Data
Personal data provided by the customer is used to process orders, arrange delivery, manage payments and respond to customer service requests.
